Photographs and archives

Where the images come from, how camp and family photographs are used, and how to ask for one to be taken down.

Sources

Photographs come from the family archive and from public events: Art of Living health camps in villages adjoining Sri Sri University, Orion 2019 with NHM Odisha, International Yoga Day gatherings in Mayurbhanj and Rairangpur, and a reception at Rashtrapati Bhavan.

They document seva and public life. They are not product shots, stock photography, or paid endorsements. Presence of a public figure in a frame is not an endorsement of this website.

Camp and clinic images

Camp photographs may include people who attended a public health gathering. We do not print patients’ names on these pages when they are not already visible on a banner or newspaper clip in the frame.

We do not sell the image files. We do not offer high-resolution downloads for commercial reuse without permission.

Family and service records

The 1966 account of Shri Saroj Kumar Agarwal is drawn from the service record as remembered in Rairangpur. It is history, not a sponsored review.

Family photographs — including images with Shri Manoranjan Mohanty — come from the household archive and are shown with respect for the people pictured.

Gallery and lightbox use

The gallery and camps pages display the same archive under the categories recorded in the filenames and captions — place, date, or event where that information is known from the frame or banner.

Captions describe what can be seen. They do not claim complete medical histories for people appearing in crowd scenes.

Takedown requests

To ask that a photograph be taken down, blurred, or corrected, write to psmanikyeswari@gmail.com with a description of the image (page URL, event, or approximate date).

We will read every message in good faith. Where a genuine privacy or dignity concern is raised, we will respond as promptly as the archive allows.
