Privacy Policy

What the contact form collects, how messages are kept, and what this site does not do with your information.

What this site is

This website is the public biographical site of Dr. P. S. Manikyeswari, Ward No. 14, Rairangpur, Mayurbhanj, Odisha. It tells the story of her medical life — the clinic, the camps, the press record, and the family archive.

It is not a hospital portal. It does not create a patient account, store prescriptions online, or offer telemedicine. Reading these pages does not open a clinical file in her name.

The contact form

If you use the contact form we receive the name, phone number, optional email address, and message you choose to type. That information is sent by email to psmanikyeswari@gmail.com so that she or her office can read it and reply when appropriate.

We do not sell this information. We do not use it for advertising lists. We do not pass it to data brokers. We keep messages only as long as needed to respond, unless Indian law requires a longer retention period.

Telephone and WhatsApp

If you call or send WhatsApp to +91 94372 38650, that conversation sits on the telephone or messaging app — not in a website database. This policy does not govern how your phone company or Meta stores those messages.

Please do not send emergency medical details through the contact form expecting an instant clinical response. For urgent care, use local emergency numbers or go to the nearest hospital.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party remarketing pixels. We do not run social-media conversion tracking on these pages.

A small technical cookie or session value may be used only if needed for the contact form to work safely — for example, to reduce automated spam submissions. We do not use cookies to profile visitors across other websites.

Your questions and deletion requests

To ask a question about this policy, or to ask that a contact-form message be deleted from the mailbox that received it, write to psmanikyeswari@gmail.com with enough detail for us to find the message.

We will answer in plain language. If we cannot verify a request, we may ask for a return email or phone call before deleting anything.
